It is calm and quiet. It is close to everything but far enough from downtown. It is cleaned and well maintained on the outside, not so much on the inside. The apartment bathroom was left quiet dirty and there are cockroaches, still trying to get rid of them. Other than that s comfortable and safe place to live

That it is nice in the apartments, but that the neighborhood around it sucks.

I would encourage them. Decent amenities help to offset the neighborhood. Management seems dedicated to keeping hostile tenants out.

Cinnamon tree apartments is like living in a small community where everyone knows one another, its great! The best place to live in Albuqurque, and the staff is awesome.

I've lived here for over five years, because I like the proximity to the Talin Market, Bubble Tea, CVS, Red Box, KFC, and rapid ride stops. I'm close to where I work and go to school and it's close to Uptown. I love the light that shines through the sky light, high ceilings, nice staff, pool, workout room, price is good, the gazebo where we have cookouts and gatherings, and the environment and green space that allows my daughter to play safely and wake up to birds singing every morning.

Belive it or not, this is a great place to live. I had lived here since June 2009 and moved out to take a job in Florida in November 2010, But the Cinnomon Tree Aparments are great place to live. Even being on Central Ave, it was pretty quite, I was in the R section of the complex, The place is well Kept, and I never ran into any problems here. It is very afforable place to live in Albuquerque, it close to shopping the Base and Rio Rancho.

It has been a great place to live and the staff is positive and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with the verity of trees and grass. Over all landscaping is very peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment, I have been here going on 4 years and haven't regretted resigning my lease each time.

I would tell them it is great, secure, and the staff in the office is great and the maintenance crew is knowledgeable and prompt as well as a bunch of good guys to get to know. The landscaping is really relaxing and beautiful and the admenties are really great. As a side note not to tell anyone but Cinnamon Tree Apartments: They really need to fix the coke machine so it takes dollars again or put in a change machine. That would probably be better considering the machines don't really have room for paper money. That is just any machines though. Fix the other machine and maybe put in milk and better snacks for us bachalors. Oh, a machine that has laundry detergent and such for doing laundry when you run out might be a good idea. Otherwise, I think everything is great.
